Mr. Yash is a Partner and Principal Valuer at The Engipreneur Consultants with extensive experience in valuing immovable assets, agricultural land. He is a licensed valuer under Wealth Tax Act 34-AB and Registered as a valuer by IBBI under Companies Act. He holds a Masters in Commerce (Real Estate Valuation & Agricultural Land), B-Tech in Agricultural Engineering, and is aMIE, Chartered Engineer, and Associate Member of the Institution of Valuers.
With over 12 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Yash has worked on a wide range of projects, including the commencement, and designing of hitech turnkey projects related to solar and windfarms, landscape management, and agriculture irrigation. As a valuation professional, he has carried out the valuation of thousands of hectares of agricultural lands, coffee estates worth thousands of crores, and large sugar mills and refractories.
Mr. Yash specializes in regulatory valuation for capital gain, income tax, financial reporting, impairment purpose, accounting purpose, and valuation for lending purpose, recovery purpose, insurance purpose, land acquisition, financial valuations, and due diligence.
